A TV presenter was left red-faced when her bikini top fell down during a live broadcast after she was dared to dive in the sea by colleagues.Bernardita Middleton, a favourite with the show's fans, was reporting from coastal town of Reñaca in the northern Valparaiso region when the incident occurred.
